Tom Kay, the owner of Ideal Indoor Weather first began his career in HVAC in 1987, working with appliances and refrigeration, and in 1989 decided to focus exclusively on HVAC. In 1994 he went to go back to school to obtain his HVAC license and in 1995 opened his own business, Ideal Indoor Weather.
